I would like to let you know about the extraordinary service my husband and I received from Brian Steinert when we refinanced our home last month.

I had done a great deal of “shopping around” and had actually decided on a different company. The “other” company offered a number of things to entice us to do business with them. But as the loan progressed, their enticements started to fade. My gut told me I had chosen the wrong company!

Just wanted to provide a testimonial for the best service and easiest refinance we've ever done.  Your customers should know that with us in Florida, and you in Minnesota, we were able to close on our loan in less than a week.  You went farther than "above and beyond" and I still can't believe the level of service you provided.  You called our old title company, surveyor, and even the building dept. trying to get the needed copy of our survey.  Even though we didn't locate the old survey, you were able to order a re-certified copy which cost much less than a new one would have.  If it weren't for your efforts, we would have had to make all these calls and arrange for the survey, appraisal, and who knows how much else ourselves. 

With both of us working full time jobs, this would have taken quite some time, but you made all these calls and arrangements from 2000 miles away and we closed in less than a week.  We've never had this quick of a transaction even dealing with local people, and I would like to share with as many people as I can, the greatest experience with the whole process, and even the follow up after closing, and sending the final packet to my wife's place of employment so we would be able to get it without having to miss any work, or go someplace else to pick it up.  Anyone who doesn't grab the opportunity to have you represent them and provide the service you do, will surely miss out on the best service and experience they've ever had.  Again, thanks so much for the outstanding service.

My name is Lynette. I own my own business, an Adult Foster Care Home. When I have full occupancy, everything flows pretty good. Then when three clients of mine passed away, it put a hardship on finances. I started using my credit cards for cash advances for everyday living expenses.
